New Mod Only Item

Yes today Chobot showed off his a new mod item. It looks like a army snipe thing. 3 eyed glasses, no mouth, no nose, and it even has flying shoes! Awesome I wonder if it will be released? It kinda reminds me of the UB Funkey Snipe. Also sorry for this post being late I was busy.
