Officere and Cool Pic

I always run into some chobots but mostly into Help, Aqua ( forgot the numbers ), and one guy I didnt know he existed, Officere. Officere seems cool, he has a officer suit even though hes not a citizen. Hes also a agent. I wonder how he go the suit oh well, he says its secret. Also I was the other say in the agent hq ( not a agent but one of my friends invited me ) there was a guy who was wearing a sombrero and he had his pet on the sombrero. Check it out.
